The lodge is the main building at Walter Scott. It contains the kitchen and dining hall, loft and basement meeting/recreation spaces, the camp offices, infirmary, and leads directly to one of our campfire areas! Groups are invited to rent part or all the building as needed for their event.

Retreat House
The retreat house offers cozy lodging with four rooms each containing three twin beds, one full bed, and a full bath with a walk-in shower. The retreat house can provide lodging for up to 20 people. It contains recently renovated flooring as well as communal space with seating and a kitchenette. Outside it has seating and a fire pit while being within 50 feet of the camp’s playground.

Cabin #1
Cabin #1 is divided into four rooms, each containing twin bunk beds with an additional roll out trundle option to sleep a total of 12. Communal bathrooms contain five showers and six toilets. A central gathering room contains comfortable seating for up to 8.

Cabin #2
Cabin #2 is divided into two bunkrooms, each with a total of four bunk beds. Overall the Cabin can sleep 16 people. Each bunkroom has its own communal bathroom with 2-3 showers and three toilets each. A gathering area at the front of the Cabin can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 10.

Yurts
Each of our two Yurts offer a more rustic experience while still containing modern conveniences. Each yurt is a single circular room with four sets of bunk beds to sleep a total of 8. The yurts are equipped with electricity and are able to be cooled in the summer through their built-in ventilation hatch and adjustable windows. The bath house is only a short walk away from either yurt and open 24/7.

Shelters
Our eight shelters offer a rustic camping experience while still offering protection from the weather. Each shelter can sleep between 12 and 16 people in their mixture of wooden structure and canvas tarps that can be opened and closed depending on the weather. Like our other rustic offerings, those staying in shelters have full use of our bathhouses 24/7.

RV Parking
We offer RV Parking with water and electric hookups as needed. Our RV parking sites are immediately accessible from the main camp road and offer superb views of the forest all around.
Primitive Camping
Primitive camping is the most rustic of our camping experiences. Bring your own tent and stay on the grounds in one of our designated primitive camping areas. Like the other rustic camping options, you have full use of our bathhouses 24/7.
