Facility Usage Policies

A deposit of $100.00 is required to secure all reservations. This deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days in advance of the event and/or if the facility you use requires only routine cleaning after you have used it.

Use of the dining hall when no meals are purchased & overnight lodging is rented is $200.00 per day.

Day meetings and picnics are $3.00 per person per day with a minimum of $75.00 per group.

Children under the age of 3 staying overnight with their parents/guardians do not incur a lodging charge.

No alcohol or illegal substances are allowed on the grounds of Walter Scott Camp and Learning Center.

Smoking permitted in designated areas only.

As a special service, the camp offers CCIW pastors the use of cabins or the retreat apartment for personal retreats, free of charge.
